Opus Talent Solutions is announcing that CEO, Amy Golding is stepping down from the business after 7 highly successful years. Amy joined Opus in 2016 and led the MBO with Graphite Capital in 2021.

Amy said “I have had an incredible 7 years at Opus. After being brought in during 2016 as a consultant, I ended up falling in love with the company, the ethos and the people, and accepted the CEO role in 2017.

I am so lucky to have been a part of such an exciting journey. Opus has an unbelievably talented workforce, we have significantly grown revenue, profit and headcount, expanded our global footprint, and gained backing from Graphite Capital. But more than that, we have redefined our culture, purpose and approach and connected our workforce to a bigger picture – focusing on work that solves problems for our customers. Opus is now ready for its next chapter and I am excited to see what they achieve.”

The Company will announce its new CEO appointment in due course. In the meantime, the executive team will continue to run the business, led by Opus Chair, Keryn James, former CEO of global sustainability consultancy ERM.
